Specifics: Rose will be updated to right after she emerges from her death and into her God Tier status in the EOA5 flash. which means not only will she be coming in with a shiny new outfit, but also with new powers. which will be:
MAGIC: speaks for itself.
GOD TIER: a near status of godhood, this means that she has immortality (unless the death is "heroic" or "just"), complete control over her hero powers, and the ability to dreamshare (though that will be irrelevant).
LIGHT: as the Seer of Light, she will gain light-based powers. this includes:
• invisibility
• emits light/energy/beams/constructs
• creates shields
theres also the handy dandy ability to control her fortune as well
and in all honesty, she probably won't use her light powers much to begin with.
