♘ CHARACTER INFORMATION
[ name ] I-no
[ fandom ] Guilty Gear
[ canon point ] Guilty Gear XX #RELOAD Story mode ending Path 1
[ age ] unknown... looks 20-ish

[ personality ]Not much could be said about I-no. A mysterious woman with dubious motives, files about her have the words UNKNOWN plastered in all fields. Claiming to have come from a future where humans were enslaved by Gears and changed the past so that the Holy Order was never defeated, one might think that she fought for a very noble cause. Whether or not that was true remains to be seen, one thing is for certain.

I-no is a sly and manipulative woman. Throughout the duration of the game, I-no ran around causing people to fight one another by spreading half-truths and lies. She could act innocent or promiscuous, all depending on the situation. But no matter what face she choses to show, her words would always carry a sexual double meaning. Wordplay is something she enjoys, manipulating words is almost as fun as manipulating people. And while all the destruction caused by her words are happening, she would sit back and enjoy the show. Or festival, as she'd like to call it. Fun-loving and free-spirited, she doesn't care much about taking responsibility.

But what if I-no doesn't get what she wants? Then that's a different face entirely. I-no gets mad easily, and when she does, gone are the sweet words and alluring smiles. She cusses. She fights. If the double-entendres didn't cue you in, I-no can be very, very rude.

She works for "That Man", the same person who created the gears that controlled her world, for reasons currently unknown. Even so, she does do what she thinks is best without his knowledge, which gets her into trouble at times. Other things that are important to her would be her guitar (Marlene) and her youth.

[ appearance ] mirror flipped image, the mole is on the other side
[ abilities ]
Lights and Music
... would probably be the simplest way to try and describe I-no's abilities. She uses her guitar and her hat as a weapon, and what she can not do by hitting people with Marlene she will do with magic. Here, have a movelist.

Flight
In the game she could fly from one end of the screen to the other, which really isn't a long distance. It's more of a jet-propelled gliding thing.

Time/Dimension Travel
Takes too much time and too much effort. She could do it if she wants to. She just doesn't want to.

Severely powered down in Wonderland save for obvious reasons.

♛ WONDERLAND INFORMATION
[ allegiance ] Carnival
[ chosen weapon for the shifter ] a metal guitar with detachable sharp wire strings
[ form of the shifter when not in use ] an acoustic guitar

Looking glass... [sweetly now] Looking glass...

[activates to video and all you can see is darkness]

There we go. Good boy.

[Pans away from a set of breasts and it seems like the looking glass was being worn as a necklace. It might come as a blur, but you'll probably see a woman scantily clad in red leather pulling the necklace off. She looks at the mirror, smiles confidently, and puts on her giant red witch's hat]

Let's slide right onto the point, shall we? We're in Wonderland, we're supposed to fight in a war, and there's no way home.

So...

[she presses a finger to her cheek, pretending to think]

...has anyone seen my guitar? Not this ugly one. [points to the acoustic strapped to her back] The special one.

[ third person ]

from amatomnes and trust me it could have been worse...

Time travel was quite a tricky and tiring feat. You could never be too sure about where you’ll end up next. So when I-no found herself waking up naked in a luxurious bed, she wasn’t so surprised. It could have been worse. She could have found herself hanging upside down on a tree or bent over in some weird position in a bar. Or worse, she could have stayed in that horrible box The Man placed her in. How dare he? Didn’t he understand that all she did was for him?

But how was she able to escape that box in the first place? Perhaps she should thank the person, whoever brought her to this place. Because surely The Man was smart enough to restrict her powers when he put her in that horrible cage.

Or maybe not. Whoever brought her here had the gal to leave her unsatisfied. Such a selfish lover. Or lovers. Her body ached at strange places, or maybe it was because of her unnatural position inside that box. There was this feeling that things were left unfinished. She was hot. She was moist. She felt the need to play…

…with her guitar. It always calmed her down. Where was she, her precious Marlene? Her clothes were neatly folded at the bottom of the bed, including her hat, and her shoes were at the bedside. But there was no guitar to be found.

Why those good-for-nothing, bottom feeding bastards! Taking her here was one thing, having her way was another, but there was no greater sin than taking her guitar from her. Clothes were put on faster than she could take them off. There was no show in putting on clothes, after all.

Game over, boys.

She laced up her boots and kicked the door open. Whoever brought her here would have to pay the price.
