since 8am, my dorm room has transformed from bare to mountainous to happily organized...i've met so many people; currently, i'm laying in this guy kris's bed talking to the other people in the room: him, christian, john, kelly and kristen. i met kris at orientation and re-met him when maria and i just walked into his&john's room, shook hands and laid on their beds. i've wandered and chatted with friends from orientation and brand new people, like taylor and the guy from norway. tomorrow night, we're all going out to a club and in the morning we're going to the gym. i wish i had a computer but i'm glad i don't to force even more socialization. everyone keeps saying oh gabby's such a social butterfly. i've enjoyed everyone so far but saying goodbye to my family was hard. hope to write soon. take care.
