an up and down week ...
hey what's up. so yeah, i've been having troubles updating consistently cause i'm always doing something or just too tired to update in general. a lot of things happened this week and so here's what i can recollect of the past week or so ...
*november 27, 2005*
let's see. so far i woke up pretty late. around 1ish or so. it's cool though cause i have extra sleeping time. =). anyways, i ate breakfast while watching the remainder of herbie. i like the movie. it's cute and family friendly and it brings a smile to my face. hehe. after that, i watched the special features. then went online and chilled. ate some more and blah blah. i miss dancing. i haven't danced in a while and it kind of sucks cause i don't see my axs teammates anymore or i just don't dance for fun or exercise. i know in order to 'move on' in life i would have to give a few things up. but then the thing is i don't want to just drop it like that. *shrugs*. we'll see how it goes in the next few months. oh yea, i also wanted to go to san ysidro again but my babe didn't want to go. oh wells. we'll see what's up for the rest of the day. as for now, i hope to continue to update this entry. so behind again. ahh! oh wells.
let's see. after finishing up this journal entry, i showered and stuff. then i watched veronica mars on tv. hooray gay character (kind of). after that, i got ready and left the house. went to the atm machine and withdrew some money for my babe. then went to his house. gave him the money for the dvd recorder and then chilled at his house. watched the missed episodes from last week that he recorded (biggest loser, top model, and lost). chilled for a bit more and then went back home. went online for a bit, and then started watching unbreakable. it seems okay so far. after a while, eventually went to sleep ...

today i woke up at my babe's house around 10:30. chilled a bit. babe bought me some donuts. hooray. ate a few and chilled for a bit. then got my stuff and headed off home. started watching herbie while eating actual food. then showered and got ready. i wore my new sweater today at work. i like it. =). went to work. 2-11 today. work was okay i guess. it wasn't as busy as yesterday but it was still considerably busy. main duties for today was cashiering and running a few gobacks. lunch was okay. ate some more breakfast bars. i ate some pizza earlier on my break. yum. got back to work. i recovered shop 1 with judith and then went to clearance. worked on the table. it was a mess. did what i could and then just picked some stuff off the ground. clocked out around 10:30. left old navy and then got gas for my car. went home. got situated (finally). hehe. put away all my purchases i made within the past few days and then ate a little snack while watching more herbie. then i went online for a bit. talked to my babe and then said goodnight. watched more tv and then went to sleep ...

black friday!!! ahhh!!!! so yeah, didn't want to get out of bed but had to for the good sales. hehe. woke up around 6ish and then got ready real quick. then babe drove to circuit city but there was a line to get in. it sucked cause i really wanted this one dvd/vhs recorder but i couldn't afford to stay in line for that long. so instead left and then just went to plaza bonita. visited disney store first. found a few stitch plushes and a lumfy plush and other stuff. got an extra 20% off and spent around $45. dangget! oh wells. walked around some more and then went to jc penney. long lines at the registers too. wasn't thinking of buying anything but then a few things caught my eye. i got some new jeans, 2 button downs, and a clearance button down. $75. =/. didn't know if i really wanted it but bought it anyways. i can always return it just in case. visited anchor blue for a bit but didn't have time to shop. left plaza and then returned home. babe stayed with me for a while. then i got ready and went to work. 10-7 today. it didn't seem as busy as last year but it still was consistent. i was a main cashier today and the long lines came in spurts. there would be times where the line would be so long and other times where there's only a couple of people in line. hehe. nothing real interesting happened. the usual. i got 4 oncs though. whoo hoo!! during lunchtime, there was kfc. ate a lot of potato wedges and some mac n cheese. wasn't in the mood for chicken. the rest of the day was okay i guess. cleaned up at the registers or ran a few gobacks. blah blah.
was supposed to go with benchent shopping afterwards but then it didn't go through. instead i went to my babe's house. picked him up and then we went back to plaza bonita. looked around at the other stores. at hot topic, i bought a bracelet and wristband for like $2. also visited payless and saw kat. oh what the?! hehe. i always see may working so it's cool seeing kat. caught up on stuff and talked about whatever. she's planning some sort of dinner and i'm really excited to go. can't wait! =). left payless and then went to anchor blue. tried on the white denim jeans i was eyeing and eventually bought it on sale for $20. cashier guy was cute. hehe. went back to my babe's house and chilled. he went back to circuit city earlier and bought the dvd/vhs recorder with his debit. thanks baybuh! i owe him like $160 now but it's cool. i really wanted it. =). chilled at his house and i got so tired cause of lack of sleep. bleh. ended up sleeping over at his house ...

happy thanksgiving everyone!!! today i woke up pretty late. around 1ish. hooray sleep. my mom had bought some food at golden chopsticks and so i ate that for breakfast while watching a popular episode. chilled at home for a while. went to 7-11 and bought the ads. then figured out what i wanted to buy at black friday and planned stuff out. hehehe. after doing that, i showered and got ready and then went with my mom to the movies. she wanted to watch a movie cause i guess my parents are fighting again. uggh. stupid family problems. but yeah, it's cool spending some time with my mom. went to palm promenade and watched derailed. i liked the movie. it took an interesting turn in the middle that i didn't expect that got me more into it. =). afterwards, we went back home. ate dinner while watching will and grace and the two apprentice episodes. then i watched the news and saw that san ysidro was opening some stores at 12am in preparation for black friday. called up my babe and asked if he wanted to go with me. after a while, he agreed and i waited for him at home. then we went there and arrived at 12:30. man, the amount of people there was crazy!!! first off, had to park really far which kind of sucks. wanted to go to old navy outlet but then the line to just get in was really long already. instead went to gap outlet. found a few shirts that i wantecd but the line stretched across the whole store. it seriously took us 1 1/2 hours just to pay for the stuff i wanted. i considered just going home but i liked what i was getting plus i also got to use my employee discount. i saw how many people filling up their mesh bags and all that stuff. one lady even had like 6 mesh bags she was pushing around the line. she's probably going to spend like $1000 or $2000 with all her stuff. dang! hehe. got sleepy but eventually paid for my items. didn't get to go to banana or old navy but oh wells. i got some stuff at least. went home around 3ish. ahh! it sucked though too cause i had to wake up early with my babe to go to those early bird sales. =/. but yeah, thought about it and it was only once a year. got in only a few hours of sleep but it's all good ...

let's see. today i woke up around 11ish. ate breakfast while watching part of a popular episode. then showered and got ready. went to work. 1-10 today. nothing real interesting. cashiered a bit and also ran gobacks. can't really remember much of what happened today. oh wells. clocked out a bit early, around 9:30. left and then went to blockbuster. decided to rent herbie, unbreakable, and rize. i wanted to rent madagascar but they were out. oh wells. afterwards i wanted to go get some little caesars breadsticks but then they closed early. dangget! just went home and made some dinner while watching some tv. chilled a bit, went online, talked to my babe, and then eventually went to sleep ...

today i woke up around 7ish. ate breakfast, got ready, and then went to work. 9-6 today. i did a whole lot of accessory shipment and helped arlando out with whatever needed to be done. put out some more stuff and reorganized a few things. sold a lot more flipflops that came in shipment from yesterday. worked with accessories most of the day. still felt crappy about what happened yesterday and i got all sad at work. sucked it up and just tried to look happy. clocked out and then went outside. went with my babe, daryl, and ed to watch a free screening of just friends. such a long line to get inside. we were going to cut but then felt guilty. daryl got to go in though. he waited for us until we got inside. then we got seats and watched the movie. it was pretty good. hooray anna faris. afterwards, i was hungry and we were trying to decide where to eat. went to the vip by state but then it was already closed. then went to the hometown buffet nearby but it was closed as well. after that, went to the other chinese food place but it wasn't there anymore. babe wanted rubios so we went there but the lady locked the doors. dang! hehe. it was funny though. so yeah, decided to just eat at the nearby coco's. ended up getting a patty melt with fries. it was pretty good. afterwards, dropped ed and daryl off at daryl's house and then babe took me back to mission valley. said goodbye and then drove home. chilled for a bit, said goodnight to my babe and then fell asleep ...

today i woke up pretty early. got ready, ate breakfast, and then went to work. 7-3 today. did some shipment today. started off with some boys shipment and then did more accessory shipment. took a half hour lunch and got to leave at 2:30. clocked out and then went to the bank. deposited my check and then went home. chilled for a bit and then got ready for my phone interview. got my notes all set and just tried to relax. the phone rang and it was carmen. after a few hi's and hello's, we started the interview. answered basic questions and then she went to the management questions. for whatever reason's i got extremely nervous. my words were jumbled and i felt like crap. i didn't completely choke but i know i could have done a whole lot better. there were so many pauses and so many unsure answers. after doing that for a few more minutes, we ended the interview. got all sad. i seriously did not think i would do this horrible. i was so excited for the interview cause i had all these accomplishments that i could say or things that would make me an ideal candidate but it all went to waste once the interview started. i don't know what happened. got into a depressed mode and stayed in my bed the entire day. slept a bit and then watched some popular episodes while eating some food. eventually talked to my babe a bit and then fell asleep.
