Last night I tried the
trick I read about on Pinterest to clean your stove burners and drip pans. I sealed them up in a plastic bag with a cup of ammonia overnight. I did all 4 burners in a big garbage bag.
This morning's results were mixed. Some of the gunk just wiped right off leaving the area totally shiny and nice! And some of the gunk didn't come off at all. So I have patchwork drip pans!
I decided to just follow the directions exactly and seal each drip pan in its own plastic Ziploc bag with ammonia. I will let them sit all today and see what happens!
