Epic foto dump.
Or not so much.
Lots of random since I'd misplaced (again) my case for my camera and I didn't have any batteries. I have batteries (but not my case) and have taken some fotos recently. Nails, hair, hams, a little bit of random.
I made fingerless gloves by accident the first weekend I was sick. I was going to make a short faux cable knit scarf and put buttons on it for winter but at some point while I was fiddling with it I wrapped it around my arm and voila. Oddly, this size fits Uniballer better than me and his hand and wrist are way bigger than mine. And YES he wears it. Cause I made it. You guys should see the girly looking little skinny scarf I made for him last winter. There's a matching hat and he wore them in public all while getting hte side eye from people, the only person that said something he responded, "fuck you my woman made this for me."
This weeks hoodrat style manicure. That is uber cheap no name red polish with the glitter from a Wet N Wild Halloween set Cookie gave me. It's kind of weird that my nails are so long anymore. A decade ago I bit my nails and only got them manicured when I was goin on a date with a lady and figured on getting some. Being with a dude has meant teh uber long nails are a go.
Big one, sorry but I am so happy. That is my hair a couple of weeks ago. I am so in love with it. The texture (texlaxing FUCK YEAH), how healthy it is, the color everything. I still haven't learned how to preserve how my texture looks when my hair is dry but I'll learn. My hair was sopping wet (yes as in running water down my back) and check how fluffy it is? My fluffy, it is fucking awesome.
In case you don't know I collect and love vintage slips. This one is my favorite to wear around the house it's an icy pale blue with that lace panel in it. I was messing about with my camera settings and liked how I got the shadow and the pattern of the lacy bit against my skin. So those are my hams, with one o my vintage slips.
And one more.
Outfit outtake (note to self do OOTD on subculturefats mmkay). I don't think I had on make up that day and that was taken outside my apartment after work. That is my greasy cranky face. You can't see the detail but I was wearing this Eternal Love pixie hemmed skirt I've had for probably almost a freaking decade. It occurs to me that I have been rocking Eternal Love clothing for ever. I bought Eternal Love at Hot Topic way back in the day when actual freaky people shopped there and the prices were good. I bought Eternal love from a local (now long gone) little store that always had the Kerchief skirt (the style I have) in stock.
Ahh the fashion memories of an aging goth.
Okay that's all.
More at some other point.
Also...I swear I'm going to stop whining about the chapbook/essay. Swearsies.
