Coppers across the Disc considered him the Last Word in Coppering. The awed tone young coppers used embarrassed Sam Vimes but he could ignore it. It wasn’t something that was repeatedly thrown in his face anymore. Young Sam on the other hand, had to see a doctor three times a week to talk about what it was like to be the son of a legend.
