Don't get me wrong. I'm going to watch it for as long as it's on television. I mostly hope that it doesn't dilute from the Sorkin brand. After all, I've enjoyed every movie written by Charlie Kaufman, but his next film doesn't even start production until next summer, a full three years after the release of Eternal Sunshine. And, unless something changes or there's a timeslot miracle, I really hope that as a fan of good television, the audience for Studio 60 dwindling down to just the hardcore isn't going to hurt him in the long run or put him off of the medium, altogether.
BTW: You mentioned in one of your posts that you missed part of an episode and were happy that you didn't miss the whole thing. I meant to comment and I'm sure you've found out by now, but you can always watch the most recent episode for free on nbc.com and I believe you can get the previous episodes, if you have the newest Intel chip (I don't). But, I actually did miss an entire episode and thankfully, I was able to go online and watch the thing the next day. (They make you wait until the next day, or until after it's aired in Hawaii or something. CBS does the same thing. I've been watching Jericho this way)

Can you catch Heroes on the website too? I'm digging that show as well.

PS) I don't know if you watched West Wing, but Sorkin tried something similar with a christian, southern girl holding conservative beliefs and Rob Lowe's character, but the actress went to CSI: Miami, so it couldn't go anywhere.
