the relaxer went well. aj kept getting on me again. she always finds something to correct me on. it sucks. amy and angel came together. too bad angel had highlights...she could've gotten a perm. oh wells, she had to sit there and read a magazine the whole time. le suck. but um...it turned out really well and she looked 10 years younger! i had to do my teacher consultation and that teacher got another teacher, who got another teacher. it was kinda awkward since they were talking about her hair like she wasn't there at all. they had to make a special formula for her hair since it was damaged. but it came out so pretty that my teacher was all, "we have to show brianna (the third teacher, who teaches my next phase)" so i had to go into a clasroom of people way ahead of me and be like, "hey check out what i did..." lame. but the look on her face was worth it. yay. so them other people at work that night saw and told me i did a great job. all the guys keep asking for haircuts but i don't know how to do man hair yet.
my very last customer at borders was hulk hogan's daughter. she was really nice though. they must've filmed hogan knows best a few years ago...she didn't look 16 and had what appeared to be an older-than-her boyfriend. *shrug* they live around here anyway.
about this little dog that i saved. i was driving home and i turned onto my street and saw a little dog running along the sidewalk. at first i thought it was a fox, but it had a license. so i stopped and got out and tried to get it to come to me. it had a harness on too and it was a little fluffy black dog. i don't know what kind though. he was older too. so eventually he came over to me and seemed really glad that i was there. he followed me back to my car but wouldn't get in. i guess it scared him. so then i followed him in my car a little further up the street. when he stopped in a driveway, i got out and grabbed him and drove with him in my lap back to my house. i called the number on his license (animal control i guess it was) and they said i had to take him to an animal drop off center. so i called my mom and told her to put charlie up and get a cage for the dog. so i brought him in and gave him treats and water. man did he drink that water fast. i couldn't get the harness off him, it was put on weird and was really tight. so i called back the animal control and they gave me the address. by now it's like, 12:30am. so i get him in the car in the cage, which was way to big and i didn't even need, and head over to the drop off place. i thought it'd be like an emergency vet place and there'd be people.
it was this structure that looked like those things they put dumpsters in at fast food places so you can't see them. inside were cages. so i went in and there was only 1 cage that was empty! people need to keep their pets. there was a german shepard, a beautiful white cat, a jack russle and some lhasa apsa looking dogs, and a brown puppy. there were bowls of water in each cage, so that was good. there's a form that goes on the cage that you fill out when you drop off the animal, so i filled it out. out comes a guy in a golf cart. i asked him for some help. i wasn't sure how stuff was done. he helped me get the harness off and told me that they'd get picked up in the morning. he was amazed too that it was full. i wanna go check on him tomorrow and see if he's ok. when i was leaving the guy thanked me for my kindness. that little dog would've been a fluffy black street pie if i hadn't helped it. poor thing. i hope he'll be ok.
then i got home and took a bath since the dog was kinda dirty. then i stayed up till 3am lurking on myspace and talking to cory. we had a good talk...much better than the phone ones. i'm so happy about having 2 whole days off! rainy ones. boo. but i got laundry done today and homework. i'm getting worried because everything is due this comeing saturday. i've got a lot of quotas to do this week and i'm afraid i won't make it and have to stay back/pay like $200 more to take the class over again even though i'm doing good. my gpa or whatever was at a 97% last i checked and i had perfect attendence. cross your fingers for me, people.
i need to start taking more pictures. *hugs to all*
