how awesome is it that the original dinosaur jr. lineup are touring?? i thought, that even though it's the three from the initial dino wave, that they'd still turn out some late period crap (which admittedly i am still a fan of, but it in no way compares to the first output). HELL NO!!! here is the set list from last saturday at spaceland in LA:

unfortunately, it's at the rave. i do, however, think that the horrible sound there will be ok with noisy ass early dinosaur jr.
the show is july 22nd.

ill def put my 'ban' of the rave on hold to see this show. dinosaur jr was one of the first 'alternative'(whatever) bands that i listened to. its what i grew up on. i wouldnt miss this for anything.

tickets are going to be pricey. i heard one of the other show was like 40 bucks.

i paid that much to see DEVO. ill pay that much to see Dino Jr. i have to go to this show especially with my brother. him and i used to sit in his window sill and smoke and listen to dino jr cds over and over again in high school. do you know when tix are gonna go on sale?
