RQ12: Spending money
RQ12: OK. So I had a big argument over this. Someone told me she always felt wealthier after buying something than before buying it, because she only buys good deals and anyway, she can make better use of what she buys than of the money that is in her purse.
I told her that didn't make sense because then that means all other people are suckers and they sold her something at too low a price. I also told her that if I followed her reasoning, then she should spend everything right now instead of keeping any cash, since she hates money so much.
What do you think? Do you feel wealthier after spending money or before?
