You're one of the few who genuinly wanted us to persevere
And as we float through our tedious academic careers
We recognize you're not like teachers who really don't care
Although our hard-earned A's you could ot bare
Too many good grades, time to raise the bar
Our inexperianced thoughts weren't quite up to par
We couldn't compare to your ever-expansive knowledge
But just the same, your class was a privelage
Your twisted suspenders, the thoughtful look when a question you'd pose
Thoughtful reflections on your prayers always arose
Humming at your computer, your glasses, the orange vest
Remembering these things without tears will be a test
You dedicated your life to inspiring us in any way you could
Now it's our turn to thank you and confirm you've done good
So just as your stamp forever would state
Our appreciation wa verified by Mr. Fauss on this date
