Word of advice for people that wanna lose weight without doing anything.....if you ICE WATER it'll take more energy and heat for your body to remain at normal body temperature.
Thence you lose weight and look more like me the conceded blond bombshell!

Also if you wear sweatshirts and sweat pants while your sitting down you lose weight too but you lose less if you wear that stuff while your exceerising.
I'm reading alot into yoga......here's a good example of how helpful it is (it has alot of other uses to) Take your index and middle finger and rub around your face, expecially right above and around your eye brow... it'll increase blood circulation to your face.... releasing THC, Nicotine etc...just whatever was stored up.......I don't know if your interested in yoga or not but it's cool :D
