Mr. Anderson...matrix mania
My Week in Review ;):
Saturday: S and E!!! yay for both chambers getting 1's...and the percussion guy saying nice 3 mallet technique even tho i just sorta grabbed it and had no idea what i was doing...and the woodwind guy (iN Mr Malfroid's room!!!) commenting on the "nice oboe and bassoon sound"!! hehe then i was forced to go to mys by my mother. Then spent the whole day bumming around helpin out at s and e...so much fun! then ben, terra, and rayray came over and we watched Meet the Fockers and part of Miss Congeniality
Sunday: woke up later than expected, did some crazy homework, got lazy and stopped doing homework, umm yeah, went to bed.
Monday: eww school! then came home, ben and sameer and i went to Panera's to study for math then straight to RSW!! oh my sooo much fun!! then we studied some more in my basement afterwords.
Tuesday: schoolness, then straight to detroit for mys rehearsal, yay! my mom invited ben, so it was super way better than i thought it'd be!! hehe then icky chinese food, the concert was ok, except i messed up my little solo, but that's ok
yay for orchestra hall!! plus- on our stands they had little table things that say "DSO Double Reeds" on them, and that made me happy, home, hw, then bed
Wed: morning practice = ick, school, easy-ish math quiz, except lately i'm taking much more time to take these quizes, and it concerns me...., then...attempted to record my solo for an audition tape for mpulse ann arbor this summer, but my reeds were gross, so i have to go back tommorrow (to my accompanyist's house) to try again, then home for some time, then oboe lesson...
Thurs: school, went to the post office for ben's passport thingy and got to read the crazy toung-twisting dr suess book "fox in socks" then working on math (eww for online hw) home, oyo, bed
Fri: school, then off to the movies w/ ben, haley, and tim. Good show- Firewall. but lame ending...they all walk off into the sunset with the puppy...so lame...then dinner at olive garden with lemons and salt and sugar!!! then Footloose at Haley's!! that was fun...then home
Sat (today): mys (best rehearsal EVER!!!!), home to bake stuff for the party, off to the party for fmb...that was fun, but it went by really fast, then sameer and i went back to ben's and hung out for a while...and now i'm on here, have to be IN BED in 4 minutes!!!
so i'll be off
overall it's been a very good week
