That makes me feel a bit better. I guess I shouldn't say I am not religious, because I think spirituality and religion are similar. I understand now why so many people follow organized religions too, it is very comforting to know that when you die you will be in a better place. Do you think when people go to the afterlife they have any memory of their life on Earth? That is the main thing I am worried about. I would like to remember my life on Earth, at least for a little while.

I really believe that our lives arent in vain. I think that our we will always have a remeberance of our life. Otherwise, what's the use? Im not sure if we remain human or anything after we die,I sometimes like to imagine that we just become part of the energy that runs the world. Maybe our bodies disintegrate and become fertilizer for pot plants, but perhaps our souls are made of energy, and that energy will be forever floating out there, long after our bodies are gone
