I'm gonna go "visit the dentist"
New Euphemism! "going to visit the dentist" is now code for "I'm going to go do drugs." LSD in particular but we will allow you to tweak it if you like (that is if we allow you to steal the phrase at all) Why, you ask? I was reading the Beatles Anthology by the Beatles (60 bucks but worth every penny...since it wasn't mine) and I found the anecdote of the first time they tried LSD. Apparently it was accident. They were dining with their friend the dentist and planning to go to a club afterwards, but the dentist didn't want them to go. They were determined however, but he convinced them to stay for a cup of coffee in which he covertly deposited LSD. They didn't figure it out until they got to the club and tables started elongating (Paul's word, not mine). I laughed hysterically, especially when George says that he thinks the dentist thought it was an aphrodisiac and was planning on having a banging night with his big-breasted girlfriend (again, George's words, not mine) So yeah... uh...yeah.
