i am jill tryin to say this as humbly as possible
i'm so proud of us. and so proud of myself.
we are really an incredible cast who put on an incredible show. it went SO well tonight and i'm really in awe. my first onstage show and my first part in a musical and it was perfect.
i got a really genuinely "tim o'reilly" reaction from tim o'reilly when i came out after the show. he just kept saying "oh my god, cha, oh my god" and when i asked if he had heart-palpatations when i came on stage he was like "hell yea!". oh, tim. what a little man-whore you are!
anyways, my parents are obsessed. and jav made me so happy tonight. he hugged me really REALLY tight and said, "cha, you know i hate musical theatre but that was the best fucking show i've ever seen. you were wonderful out there" and then after having hugged for a while he said, "and those guys blew me away! where's doug? i have to go say hi to doug and congratulate him"
and when doug and james came up he gave them each a huge admiring hand-shake.
i guess it just means a whole lot to me to see him really love something that i worked hard at and am so proud of. in the end, he's really my best friend whose gonna be there forever and i love him so much. when he hugged me like that i almost felt like crying, actually.
so anyway... truly successful night in so many ways. thanks to everyone who came! especially billy and shannon <3
if u couldn't make it tonight please come tomorrow or saturday! i promise you won't be disappointed.
