La petite Nadia...
So, in the spirit of the Olympics in Athens (finally, Canada won another medal...), you can't talk about gymnastic without talking about the 1976 legend: Nadia Comaneci (a Romanian). Indeed, she became a legend because she was the first one ever to have a perfect score of 10 (even the judges didn't know what to do!) I'm sure after this event, there was a lot of little girls with the name of Nadia. I am one them. My mom decide to name me Nadia after seing Comaneci perform in the Montreal Olympic games (She was so impressed by her).
I love my name...it also means hope in Russian! I don't know if there's a lot of Nadia's these days though...
