Rant rant rant rant rant fucking rantage galore!!!
FUCKING JOBCENTRE!!! I hate them... with a god damn fucking passion!!!
Right... I'm waiting for my driving license to come through so that I am able to begin work with Wetherspoons so I am still signing on... signing on... yep, I did that bit on Thursday... OK it's Tuesday now, so where the fuck is my cash...!!!???
Well, I was expecting my money on Friday... then the said Saturday... went in yesterday... ooooh I was peeved, was shouting at various members of staff for various reasons (mainly thier incompetence!) but had Ellie (pixie_fae) telling me to calm down lots... which I did eventually... I left the Jobcentre with a bit more satisfaction and the knowledge (which they had promised me) that my money would arrive the next day (i.e. today)...
Well... I went to the front door, expecting to see my cheque this morning... but nooooo... it wasn't there... needless to say I was fucking furious!! I mean come on, first they fucked up on my original forms for the application - they gave me the wrong ones three times before getting it right... then they do the same again with the change of address form, which is what cause this original delay... but now... they must have missed the last post last night... which all in all has screwed my plans for today and tonight completely!
I wanted to go into town and possibly get a new piercing (although I think Mike (badger_man) wants us both to go on Friday to get it done together)...
I was supposed to be going for a meal with Ellie, my treat...
I wanted to be able to give Ellie and Darren (sablednah) some cash towards food and stuff...
I wanted to take Mike to the cinema tonight...
I wanted to go to Cubes afterwards as I haven't been out for weeks...
But no, can't do any of it... it all involves cash... of which, I have none...
Oh well... shall do most of it tomorrow... but not all...
On a lighter note however, this weekend was cool! Me, Mike, Ellie and Ellie's two lads, Thomas and Rowan, went down to Nuneaton to Mike's Mum's (princess_postie) house for his sister Caitlin's birthday party. Was the first time I had met his Mum, so I was rather nervous about meeting her, whether or not she'd like me and approve, but apparently she did, so I'm rather pleased!
Once all the kids had gone, the adults just sat around drinking and talking, I felt a bit awkward at one point because they were talking 'family stuff' so I went outside for a fag! All in all though, I enjoyed myself, it was fun. His Mum even approved of mine and Mike's plan for February, which I'm over the moon about!!
Well that's me done for now... I think we all going to watch a movie and play Vampire: The Masquerade cards later, which will be fun!
