Well, I decided that after 4 months of being without a job, I want a job. And it is not just because I am tired of being home all day. There are a few things that I want:
- to go "party". That would be Flint slang for tanning. I miss my 20 minute, 100 degree naps. And I miss brown skin. Although, the pale white does keep me from looking too ethiopian.
- BAR NITES. It's no longer every night, or even a few times a week. It is pretty much non existent right now. Or, rather, you pick a day to go out, or save a bunch of days like for next week.
- Ruehl. It's my new addiction. I love it. Too bad the only one in MI is in Novi. Again, its love.
Yeah, I am materialistic. Deal with it.
The good thing about not having a job is that I am really good at budgeting my money. Never would have guessed that after the past 3 months in Flint and the amount of times that I went to Rubes, but somehow it is true.
...so when I bought berth grey goose for her birthday, I think it started a semi jealous streak. I really don't know. Not everyone loves vodka, so it could have been someone trying to 'ruffle my feathers' about equality. Anyway, screw that, its now a tradition. Every 21st birthday gets the Goose. Slightly expensive on my part, but I like giving presents.
I am now also addicted to M.I.A's album Arular.
I am now also addicted to driving the caddy, ghetto pimp style.
I had 2 interviews this week. The screening thing at isuzu. And then one at Continental. That was a hard one. Long, too. After the conti interview, I went and visited my mom at work. Went to the bookstore. Went back to mom's work, assaulted a nurse with a bathroom door which left her bruised, dropped off Bob's bottle of Grey Goose (only 4 months late), proceeded to change out of my suit into jeans and a t-shirt in the middle of his street thus giving the neighbors quite a show.
