[Anyone would hear this furious mumblings who is unfortunate enough to walk near the area. This tall blond is huffing and heaving as he stomps along the sidewalk, and why yes, that is a street sign that is crookedly held in one hand. He seems to carry it like it's a stick- which to him at this level of anger- it might as well be.
He's filthy. He's a little bloody. He's got a bandage wrapped around one thigh and a bandage around his abdomen- although that one has some blood seeping through on the side. He's not noticing. Instead, he stops and whips his head back and forth, he grinds his teeth together and slams the street sign into the ground, cracking the pavement somewhat.
He smiles and it's not exactly sane.]

[He yells this and then waits. Nothing.]
