Who: Gracia and all you post-apocalyptic folk :3
Where: Lander Boulevard, then to Latimir's lobby.
When: June 7, afternoon-ish?
Rating: G.
Summary: Gracia arrives in Discedo right after a very exhausting battle back home.

The log:

With heavy breaths and a snake-tight grip on her violet communicator, a young woman with stark red hair walked towards empty buildings and dusty signs. She bit her lip and started to feel the grave anxiety sink in - where in the world was she? One minute on a carriage ride home from Oshi Castle, the next minute in a dark, dreary place she had no recollection of. Everything was broken, dirty and she could have sworn there were things around. Rabid animals, perhaps? Gracia didn't stay stuck in that one place to find out.

"Use this..." She whispered to herself, opening up the communicator as she continued to trek a long road. "Use it for what? I don't understand this."

She closed it for the moment and kept her gaze focused. She didn't even know where she was going. Her mind was hazy, thirsty for some answers; who wrote this note? Who gave her this device? Who told her to use it - was it a kidnapper? Were they raided on the way home, and she was captured by the enemy? By Hideyoshi? Gracia frowned and shook her head. Tadaoki wouldn't have let it happen that easily. The gap in her memory frustrated her, but what scared her the most was the feeling of being lost. Not knowing anything all of a sudden, and in the most literal sense.

If her father were here, he would know what to do. Motochika would know what to say. But they're not here - they're gone. So Gracia is alone again.

Kai's words ring in her ear like a faint buzzing of a bee; look towards the future with your father's will.

"How do I do that now?" Gracia looked down at the ground, stopping for a moment. She was already halfway across the strip of road. There didn't seem to be anybody else out but her. She looked like she was ready to sit there and wait for something, anything to happen. Desperation crept into her heart, almost suffocating her...

Thankfully, she was a restless soul despite the most negative of circumstances, so eventually Gracia stood firm and walked to the nearest fork road. She wasn't about to give up that easily - how would she ever face her father if she did? If she knew, if she believed that he was alive, then she should be able to gather herself to get through whatever was happening now.

The fork road led to a building - a building that was open! She allowed a small smile to appear on her lips as she tentatively looked inside. It had furniture and it didn't seem as empty as the other buildings. She blinked and entered.

"Maybe there's somebody in here? Hello?" Gracia poked here and there, and when she got tired of looking under and over the things in the lobby, she decided to stand by the door way and look back out the road she came from. There were stairs going up, but she wanted answers - people - before moving anywhere else.

"There has to be somebody who knows where I am and what happened..."
