Summary: Japan couldn't find Chihiro on Christmas, so he decides to give her her winter gift today, during their set-up tea time.
the log: He knocked twice on the door and waited, idly adjusting the makeshift ribbons on the package he had made. He honestly hadn't expected Chihiro to be in a different location than this apartment-- her old one-- and it was a bit odd to even be knocking here, where he couldn't find her before. Was he supposed to? Should he enter? He decided to wait a bit before deciding. Formality always came first.
Perhaps she simply did not have the memory to notify those she spoke with. Ah, it didn't really matter. They had set up today as a day for tea, and while he was very well prepared for that, he figured that a day-late Christmas present couldn't be such bad form. After all, they were both Japanese.
