Cain wasn't naive

Boots continues to hit the hard ground as he continues to move towards the hospital. Pale blue eyes scan the area for any signs of the older twin. He finally stops to take a better look around. Abel goes to let out a sigh before going to call out.

"Cain! Where are you?" That felt so wierd. To call out the name of the person he hated the most.

"Over here."

The voice that called out kept the German tongue he was oh so comfortable with. The blonde lowered his head, shoved his arms into his sleeves and tilted his head back, feeling his sharp canines clink together in a constant chatter.

But he could safely say he never thought he'd hear those words again, much less freed from the clash of weaponry.

The priest quickly turns his head towards the source of the voice. He goes to idly put a hand over Peacemaker as those pale blue eyes spots Cain. He stops all of his movements at the sight of his brother. Not believing what he is seeing at all. Hearing his voice was one thing but seeing him was another.

The older brother was alive. The reality finally sank in.
