When: Shortly after their conversation over the communicator, before Big Boss meets with The Boss

Summary: It's been years, or hours if that short meeting counts, since the father and son have last met.
the log:
Liquid was bored. This was never a good thing, especially when he had agreed to meet Father here. He had yet to see any of these so-called monsters that roamed the city, and it was filling him with a lot of over confidence about the situation. It made sense that he was lied to about the “monsters.” Had they actually existed, he would have seen them by now.
At least that was the attitude that Liquid currently had. He paced around in front of a building whose name he couldn’t quite make out impatiently, wondering when Big Boss was going to show up. He’d have to pay him back for wrecking his gun; the pieces were in a pile nearby.
