In charge or not, Ed Elric had one goal: find the Scientists. It sounded simple enough, too, except that for some reason everything he did always turned out to be three times as complex as it really seemed like it should be. So finding these guys would pose a large challenge, he knew, by default.
Collecting information was a different matter entirely: there were plenty of people here that wanted information just as much as he did, and some of them were, in fact, willing to share. Ed knew it would be an exchange, to some degree -- you don't get something for nothing, after all. But comparing notes did have its up-side. Sakon seemed...strange, but very smart. Being on the same page with him could turn out to be a very good thing, in the end.
Pushing open the door to the school library, the alchemist glanced around. "Anyone here?"
