Two questions!

1) Are apps closed even for people who have their reserves down?

2) If a character misses the initial weather broadcasts (like if they're outside) is there a way to see them later, whether in a post on the communicators or if they turn the TV on again later?

1. yeah, when apps close, none of them will be accepted until after they reopen. BUT reserves will automatically be extended until the 15th!

2. no, the broadcasts aren't replayed at any point

I have a question.

When it comes to the rain, how acidic are we talking here? Is it just like regular acid rain? Could it be potentially harmful if someone were to be stuck outside?
