There have been a lot flooding in recently, so I'm going to give these reminders:
1. If you're planning on having a chip removal plot concerning your character's powers, then you need to contact a moderator and ask them for permission so that planned plot doesn't overlap. There have been a lot of those sorts of plots lately, so we don't want to overwhelm people.
2. The doctor ALSO has to respond to the chip removal request post giving their permission. The reason there are a lot of chip removal requests still waiting there is because one of the doctors hasn't responded; when you're asking for permission for a chip removal, get the doctor to respond as soon as they can so that you're not left waiting.
3. ... there was a three, and I can't remember what it was. So I'm going to reply with this instead: we understand that everyone and their mom wants their chips out, but tryyyyy and slow it down a little. Else we might end up closing requests for a while.
4. OKAY NOW I REMEMBER. Don't set a specific date and time for your chip removal. The reason for that is mainly in case we can't get to it in time, and feeling pressured to get it done = no no. If you want it done by a specific time, that's all good, but we can't guarantee it WILL get done. So please don't specify a specific time on the form; instead, just try to get your request in early, and we'll do them as soon as we can.
