First, we apologize for the abrupt manner of this transition and any confusion it has caused. Decisive action was taken due to a collective of complaints.
The reasons for the subsequent replacement of mods derives from some issues with her behavior in regards to players and several members of the previous mod team. Hostility, lack of cooperation, unprofessional conduct in regards to players or situations, and claims of harassment of players have been the key motivators to this change. Some instances led to players blocking her or outright avoiding her. This behavior is unacceptable for a player, much less for a moderator.
Many people have talked to her over this past year, both players and mods, and there has been no improvement in this behavior. Complaints have been steadily rising for the past month or so. Since she has refused to correct this problematic behavior on numerous occasions she was asked to step down by her fellow mods and declined while still refusing to behave in a way more conductive to play in an RP.
Seeing as she doesn't wish to work with fellow mods or the playerbase on these issues she's been removed as there's little else that can be done on anyone's part, but hers in this case. Parron was sent a message with the list of reasons for her ban prior to this post going up and Jenna saw both the message and this post and edited them at her discretion before any action was taken. Parron's actions after the fact can only be explained by herself as she refused to also communicate with us on this issue before her own post as well as after.
This is not meant as something to depict her as a bad person, nor to prevent her friends from enjoying her company or the game. There's no sides to be chosen here nor should people feel they shouldn't associate with Parron because of this decision, this was only the last option we felt viable with her continued lack of cooperation. Hopefully this explanation for why she has been removed from moderatorship and removed from the game until her behavior improves helps clear matters for everyone, we most certainly don't want to generate any ill-will between anyone from any of this.

okay... I'm fine with this, though at some point I would like a one on one chat with one of you guys, if possible. I have a few other concerns some what.... Unpartaining that I'd like to address too. I'm never sure who's the most appropriate to talk to so....
Whoever you find on is fine, we definitely want to address any concerns or problems. Jenna and myself (Cat) are both a bit busy tomorrow, but Ashley will be around and I will in the evening at the least. Whoever you feel most comfortable with works.
