The creepiest part about this is, is that when he speaks, it seems like he knows exactly what is going on and doesn't seem to be frightened or scared at all. His voice is filled with the coldest intelligence possible. ]
So, it looks like I'm in another world. A world filled with water that never reaches the city. I wonder...
[He flips the hair in front of his right eye gently before continuing.]
