Wow, I haven't updated in forever. Must be because I'm on vacation? Since Tuesday, I've been sitting on my ass, watching Martha and crocheting snowflakes to hang on my tree (which I think we are getting tomorrow.) Life is good, but I should probably start the baking soon.
Rutti said her first sentence yesterday - "I love it!" We were dancing around the living room, and I kept saying "I love it" and she repeated me than cracked up laughing too cute.
Last night, Derrick and I went out for a few drinks with some of the students from work. It was fun. I love being a cheap drunk. (So cheap in fact that by the time we get home I'm stone cold sober again.)
Derrick got his Christmas bonus today. I'm so excited! Tonight I get to go shopping all by myself. I love it.
