It has been drawn to my attention that a party from my homeworld has been engaging in kidnapping and other nefarious acts. Thusly, to begin with, I would like to disclaim any of his actions as being connected to the Kaimei Gakuen Student Council. As student executives, we try to do our best to do our best to provide an atmosphere of moral up-righteousness to our peers in order to better facilitate their growth into full fledged members of society.
There are some times, however, when such an atmosphere is clearly not enough to prevent students from going astray.
