New kitties settling in
The new kitties are settling in, though we have them in their rabbit cage because Uncle Eric is still not too sure about them. He ignored them better this afternoon than he did yesterday, but he's still not to the point where I trust him alone with them, unless the kittens are locked up. Piggy on the other hand let me have Disa (little Calico) on my shoulder and sat in my lap. He allowed her to play with is tail but would not play back, he's spending a lot of time on the floor near them in "happy cat" position, but growls a little if they come to close. I think he's trying to ignore the fact that he really wants to play and will probably start doing so in a couple of days. This really is backwards from what I expected, I had thought Piggy would be the grumpy old man and Eric the giant kitten. But instead, Piggy shows every sign of wanting to enjoy the fur balls where as Eric is not please at all. Still, its early days yet we shall see...
