Fic in 2012
Happy 2013! Zayn welcomes you into the new year.
I wrote 35,000+ words of fic that I posted (plus 12,000 words of Community OT3 fic which is finished and being betaed, and like 10,000 words of Louis/Zayn which still needs a lot of work but is probably closer to done than not, so 56,000+ words that I actually wrote in 2012) -- I feel like one year I wrote like 200,000 words so this is rather paltry BUT IT'S BETTER THAN ZERO.

I'm not going to do the actual meme there are more questions than are there stories I have written, so that's going to get boring. If you want we could play this instead:
Pick a paragraph (or any passage less than 500 words) from any fanfic I've written, and comment to this post with that selection. I will then give you a DVD commentary on that snippet: what I was thinking when I wrote it, why I wrote it in the first place, what's going on in the character's heads, why I chose certain words, what this moment means in the context of the rest of the fic, lots of awful puns, and anything else that you'd expect to find on a DVD commentary track.
