plea for suggestions
I need to start reading real books sometimes, and I was hoping that you guys could suggest some awesome books, please! I used to read all the time, but since I've been in university, I haven't read much that wasn't for school. I like books about people more than adventure stories or scifi/fantasy. Ann Patchett is my favorite author; I loved The Hours, and read all of Michael Cunningham's other books; I just read The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (I really liked the first half of it, but not so much the last).
