Didn't accept the pseudoinvite from the Malfoys, worked over Christmas and managed to have quite a good time despite being at work. There's only so much you can say is bad about sitting drinking alcohol watching other people dance, so it was good. None of my clubs got raided not even the gay one, i'm surprised, the muggle police are being surprisingly benevolent this season. marvellous! that must have been my christmas present.
So things are back to normal, have been invited home for tea now that Mother and Father are back from their anniversary trip, cheapskates didn't even bring me back a holiday gift! Father looks exhausted and Mother looks "glow-y" hmm she probably maxed out all his cards buying tat! Leastways thats what i want and am going to believe, maybe i should have got her a cabana boy for Christmas...
No word from the siblings either, most unusual. Trixie did send me some sort of scrawl which i think was a plea for biscuits, but i ignored that, do i look like Mother? Talk to her! Nothing from Blaise; no surprise visits to smash up my flat nada, hmm something's up...
Well best get my cute arse to work, we're doing an audit, my new deputy Alex says its something we should be doing every month. He's horribly efficient which is why i hired him in the first place, i just wish he would get on with it without having to involve me in the boring shit. His name is Boot, wonder if he's any relation of that kid at Hogwarts..?
