Australia is the best film I've seen at the cinema in years. Better than the Dark Knight. Better than Wanted. Better than Harry freakin Potter. Its got humour, drama, action, tension, stylised bits, horseys, mysticism, love, romance, family, beautiful scenery and explosions! It also made me cry 4 separate times. The best thing is that it was totally unexpected. I went into this film not really caring either way. I didn't think I'd like it that much. I absolutely adored it. I really should've known- it was directed by Baz Lurhmann after all. Also, I had free tickets to see it which makes it all that much sweeter!
