Plottiness?

Since I am hardly ever on AIM anymore, I'm putting up a general plot with me post. ^_^;; I am open to things, but I'll give a few tidbits of information about my characters to stir up discussion/CR ideas.
Alana: Ariel and Arista's sister, the sixth of Triton's seven daughters. She's in first year college. Her subject interests have been scientific, musical and magical for the most part. I'd say what classes she's in but I fail at keeping up with her class list. She's one of Dr. Facilier's voodoo students as well.
Alana loves to give makeovers, and was on the verge of starting up her own line of beauty products back in Atlantica. She's been spending a lot of time in the library and school labs.
The Weird Sisters: A little creepy, very rarely seen apart, and the school's guidance counsellors. Unscheduled guidance appointments are always an option for interaction, and they also tend to poke their noses into other people's business. Immortal, but they don't tend to advertise it the way Puck does. Surprisingly, their advice is often helpful.
Characters who can sense magic will sense a lot of power coming from them. (Oberon has shown a fair amount of trust in their competence, too)
