HIATUS HAS EVOLVED INTO SLOWATUS
Okay guys, I'm sort of half back.
See. During my hiatus, the power cord to my laptop just. Stopped working. As in, it could be plugged in, but charge won't flow unless I angle it in PRECISELY the right way and with an almost ridiculous amount of pressure. Presently I am shoving the cord in place with my foot as I type, and it is very uncomfortable. I bought this as a replacement cord only five months ago, so for the past week I have been in a literal argument with HP trying to get the damn thing replaced, and finally it's the HOME STRETCH. Should get a new one by the end of the week. HOWEVER, since typing and using this machine in general has become such an insane hassle, I only use it when I absolutely have to, which means I'm upgrading my hiatus to a slowatus until I can be back full force.
I miss you guys, I can't wait to catch up, and I can't wait until this DAMN POWER CORD FIASCO HAS COME TO AN END. BECAUSE I'VE HAD TO GET PRETTY BITCHY ON THE PHONE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, AND I ALWAYS MAKE A POINT OF BEING VERY POLITE TO THEM.
Some notes on my hiatus: Londonboy's visit was absolute perfection and last night I was drunk and "Be Prepared" came up on the party's playlist and everyone was going balls out singing along and my night was made. We also jammed to "Gaston" and "I Just Can't Wait to Be King." I love my school you guys.
