RULE CHANGE: Kingdom Hearts applications
As of 5/8/11, applicants may only play one Kingdom Hearts character at a time. This rule has been set in place to discourage cast isolation and the loss of valuable potential interactions due to musecest given the complicated nature of most Kingdom Hearts AU histories. Note that characters applied for and accepted PRIOR to 5/8/11 are NOT affected
