Where: Tavern in Traverse Town (Which... I believe ABC named but now I can't find that comment.)
When: The evening of February Fifteenth
Who: Kuzco and anyone else who might have seen his posts about the party and decided to attend. So. (OPEN).
What: The Sun Party! Or, the 'Kuzco-wants-everyone-to-quit-moping!' Party.
Warnings: ...I'm not sure yet. I'm going to throw up a warning for possible language and pg-13 level romantic content to be safe, possibly alcohol use? I did not think this part through... Um. I'll try to stay on top of everything else.
Well, if Kuzco did say so himself, the tavern looked pretty awesome. Of course, not that he'd openly admit it to just anyone, Mulan had been a large factor in that. Kuzco was not the type to put in a lot of hard work into anything, mostly, even something as important to him as this party. But Mulan had offered to help, and, well - again, he'd never admit it, but - that pushed him to put some effort in himself.
And their combined efforts had paid off.
There were orange, red, and gold streamers hanging from the ceiling, and a number of lights in the same colors had been set up to bounce off of mirrors Kuzco had placed at various locations - not to look at himself in, he claimed, but to reflect the lights. There were also a number of medium-sized brass suns hanging up, and a large, sun-shaped lantern dangling from the middle of the ceiling.
And of course, there was music playing, emitting from a large boom box. Kuzco would have loved something less... Lame. But alas.
The emperor was dressed in his royal robes-- It fit the sun theme just fine, in his opinion. Especially with his crown atop his head. Yeah, if that didn't say 'sun', he didn't know what did.
To say that the young Emperor was pleased with himself for preparing the party - Or, okay, so Mulan and Professor Ritchie had helped, but it was still his idea in the first place - would be an understatement. Clearly, this had been just what his follow Disney Academy...ers... had needed. And he, being the outstanding leader that he was, had given it to them.
...He should really get extra credit for the talking toy bear's class for this.
Anyway... Kuzco was ready, completely, for people to start arriving. Not... That he had really set a time for people to come. Oops. But it was starting to get dark, surely people would know to come. He truly wasn't worried. Who would want to miss the first decent social event anyone at the school had held in ages? Especially when that event was a party held by the Emperor Kuzco?
Nobody. That was who.
