When Phoebus had gotten to Tulio's office, he wasn't really sure what he expected to come out of the visit. He hadn't seen the other man lately, at any rate. Tulio, however, did not seem so impressed with Phoebus' choice to go to dangerous places unknown, and Phoebus, unsure how things would turn out, felt he at least owed it to Tulio to see him.
