Balto was still depressed after losing Rose, but his protective and helpful disposition won't be defeated from it. After seeing that this new student, Aqua, needed help, he made his way down from his dorm room in Joe West to see how well he could show her around The Academy.
He tromped down the stairs toward the main entrance on all fours, tail wagging behind him as he trotted toward the blue-haired girl, a big grin on his face.
