The poster is 26inches by 18 inches.

Since it's a parcel and canadapost sucks...
express is 9$ and regular parcel is 8$.

Well I haven't really read the manga(maybe just skimmed through it once), but I have watched the anime and it is a pretty cute series and the mangaka's drawing are absolutely adorable.

Okay, with the book, which fits the large envelope size dimensions would be 4$ lettermail. Express is something stupid like 10$ or 14$ if I use a prepaid envelope.

Without the book it'd just be a regular letter so about 75¢ or 1$ or however much stamps are these days.
