--For Kaoru-kun, are you the type of person who is obsessive about things?
Kaoru: Yes, I think so. But I'm pretty much also a person who easily gets into trends. Like I immediately jump on the latest thing or once I catch the information then I would want to know about it. So, once I like it then I would want to know everything about it. That's why, if it were a thing then I would like to thoroughly collect it
--Once you're hooked then you're really hooked.
Kaoru: That's right. But, it's not only one thing. There are a lot of things like that [that I am into].
--Recently, what thing did you thought was, "[I like] this!"?
Kaoru: As expected it's composing songs. I'm deeply addicted to it (laughs). In fact I've always had the tendency to get into slumps. That's why, from around the start of last year there other than "Akuro no Oka" there weren't any other songs that have taken shape within me.
--Eh? Is that okay?
Kaoru: No, it's dangerous. For example, I'd get ideas when walking around town. But by the time I get home and think of making it, it won't be left inside me. In the past, since I considerably had time for composing songs, once I'd think of something then I would be able to do it but now I have less time to face [deal with] songs, even if I suddenly thought of it I'd forget it. Furthermore, once I think that it's not good then I'd immediately cut it, I can't [spend any] extra [time].
