well, if you were to look at the absence online and my last post, you might think i was dead. nope, just buuuuusy. bzzzzz bzzzzz bzzzz.
(ps there is a really cute commercial for space network that has these little kids as superheroes with the big movie trailer voiceover. so adorable.)
right now i am catsitting for a friend; the cats are very sweet but the boy cat is so skittish, oy. i only want to claw out my eyes in the late evenings or early mornings so i figure that's not too bad. i'm sure the inhalors and air purifier going next to the headboard of my bed help. the boy kitty needs a weekly iv that thus far i haven't managed to give him as he has either bolted or the needle slipped and the fluids geysered up. hopefully my attempt next week will be successful.
draft of the newsletter is out the door and i'm going to stand down as editor because i guess i don't really want to do it considering how much i procrastinate. there's some drama but we'll see how it all plays out when i meet with notes on saturday. fortunately it looks as though we have some good people interested in volunteering now.
when may comes the half marathon clinic will be over nd i'll just be responsible for myself for awhile. which i am looking forward to -- i think i'll just crawl into a hole for some downtime.
(on a side note, holy shit "relic hunter" was some cheesy shit. and i know that's coming from a xena fan -- woman who conquered a good couple centuries of historical events. but still! xena was fabulous, this not so much.)
