developing my reality transformation skills

so far i have not yet managed to get the consulate to bend to my will and return my finalized documents. this is saddening but i shall remain vigilent in my use of the refresh button on the canada post website. this is also slightly worrying as they estimate a two-week processing time and gosh darn it, they've had my paperwork for two and half weeks. that half makes a difference in how twitchy i am. i shall endeavour to control the tremors.

i had a lovely time in whistler with the fam, i skiied for three days - although my back wasn't especially happy after the first day and all the bumps i indulged in. we lucked out with weather however, it was almost as if we were in truckee the sun was so bright. the world righted itself when i returned to vancouver on monday and it poured rain. the balance must be maintained after all.

a new 10km clinic has started and MsC will be pulling back from assisting me on this one. she'll be my winglady so to speak...to double check my work and make sure i don't forget stuff. which i do. the next clinic in ten weeks will be led solely by myself. this scares me a great deal. eek. in the meanwhile, i'm calling this clinic 'kirsten light' as my (forgive the pun) trial run. hopefully i don't lose anyone/have a panic attack.

work is...interesting. i'll update in the future if/when looming changes occur. in the meantime, they are quite thought provoking and instigating change...which also scares me. i heart routine. yay repetition. oh no, a branch fell across my path - i'm looooooost!

running amok, the fam, canada eh
