so confused
i have been set up for a gong show day.
i woke up so confused today. really deep sleep and then bam! alarms were going off everywhere and i was just like, whoa, WHOA. time change! okay, how do i deal with this…what do i need to do…okay. okay. that's an alarm. i'll turn it off. what the hell is that? where is that coming from?? is it above my head? is someone calling me? … no, no. it's an alarm. okay. i'll turn it off. what the fuck. how do i turn this off? how does this work?? okay, i've got it, okay. *ZONK* back asleep. and then the next round of alarms went off. ahaha, so confused this morning. SO CONFUSED.
somehow managed to figure out that i was supposed to be going to work and made it here with some semblance of timeliness. not much though, don't you worry.
so then, some random adds me to his contact list on msn. so i wrote him and said, so uh? who are you? and he seemed to think we'd met in some chat room. o.O i haven't been in a 'chat room' in uh...years. so i politely said 'have a nice life, unadd me kthx' and that was that.
in other news, i've forgotten to update you all about the soccer stats! so, my game on the 14th was pretty good. we played the #1 team in our division; we lost 2-0 but we really made 'em work for it. and following the aftermath of the tuesday game, 2-0 wasn't that bad. my game this saturday went well, except for a minor asthma attack because of the cold, and we TIED 2-2. it was awesome, we came from behind in the second half and scored our two goals in under five minutes! we almost had a third but the shot went a little wide. so sad. look forward to next saturday's report when we will totally WIN. it's our time people, it's our time.
dad's visit went well and i now have some more documents for my application to the governments. whoo paperwork. i heart it. i totally don't feel like barfing at ALL. oh wait, that's a damn lie.
got a busy lineup for this weekend: friday workout at gym, go to halloween party. saturday soccer game then birthday party. sunday running then maybe a shindig? but probably not? hard to say. lots of activites peeps, lots.
