The Approach of Christmas 2007

wow. they're playin christmas tunes on the radio, disneyland has their christmas decorations up... all department stores are in the sale-spirit.... and yet i am still in the same place i am every year. i wanted Christmas SOO bad back in July (like i do every year for some reason) and now i am just not in the spirit... but for the first time in years i actually have a small list of things that i want! the last few years my parents have been at a loss at something to buy me, and i didn't push it. i got a new book or a new sweater... and i was happy. and with the money i'm sure i'll accrue from relatives, i can probably deal with most of these myself... but most of them will be cheaper for me to purchase before i leave... here is my meager list:

*Stila "Kitten" refill eyeshadow
*New Duracell Rechargeable batteries (Lithium Rechargeables)
*Waitress Movie
*Sweeney Todd Deluxe Soundtrack
*Dell Inspiron Laptop Computer (i'll be purchasing it myself... but the holiday money will help a little.)

i get a fluttery heart everytime i allow my brain to dwell on the fact that i won't be here to celebrate with my family... this will be the first Christmas Eve since 1996 that i don't go to my Aunt Marcia's house in Huntington. SO WEIRD. anyways... sigh... back to pretending that i'm working. good thing the boss wasnt in today... i've been on LJ all day it seems.
