It's about that time again
My summer has been a great one - which is probably why I don't have the patience to sit here and update this thing. I don't even know where to start. Lately - I hit up the Phili Zoo with Joel, been hanging alot with Carli, hittin up Crossroads way to much, went to the Colorado Cafe, hitup point plesant for my bday, been partyin way to much and hanging with my sweetheart Joel. Ive done alot more but that would take a while.
Finally Joel is off of work. He worked alot this summer - there was a point it was frustrating for me - because i was partying alot without him and comin back to his apt way to drunk. ANd thats not fair , plus i missed his way to much. But thi s past friday he quit because he want s to chill before school starts - WHICH IS AWESOME! We went to pt. pleseant for my bday - which was ok - the beach was nice but i dont like the partyin scene. IT was so nice to finally spend 3 days with him. Dan came up on Sunday and we chilled - which is great his best friend Dan is such a nice guy. ME Joel Dan and Carli his up the Colorado Cafe - that place is GREAT! everyone there is so nice and relaxed we even tried line danging aned next time i go back i will be riding the bull. I think we are going to start going there at 7:30 on sundays to get line dancing lessons. I know that sounds wack but u gotta see this place its SWEET - plus itll get Dan's ass up here once a week, which is even SWEETER! That was a nice end to my hardcore 5 day party.
THis summer was really nice. I really wanted to go to Florida and see Irene but by the time I had a free week she went off to work - SO THAT SUX! and flights are way to expensive when they are last minute. This summer i cut the crap with trying to hangout with everyone and hungout with the people that mattered the most.
I also got my $3500 from my research project. But it sux that I have to give it up for my tuition. Hey ITS FINALLY MY LAST SEMESTER!ill have my undergrad in Bio B.S. and moving on to my masters in Micro.
Anyhow, me and Joel have been better than ever. He is truely a nice guy. Which is kinda why I wasn't really attracted in the beginning. I was trying so hard to make him a freind but he wasn't having that. I am so happy the way things turned out. He's made my life even more simple - but in a weird way I like that. I love his knowledge of things and the fact he has no problem telling you the truth. Maybe it's because hes a little older and has come to the point in his life where he only cares about what really matters and making the people he loves happy.
As for Irene. I miss her way to much - i have way to many friends and acquatiences- but lately ive realized who my true friends are. you really can tell alot thru little incidents. And it sux that she is so far. But soon enough Ill be in FL. I hate the fact that Joel will still have student teaching. But that doesnt really matter when i hit Florida it will only be about school. I plan to study day and night and not have mcuh time for rif raf anyway.
